Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DocuSheetAI collects, uses, stores, shares, protects,
and otherwise processes personal data and document-related information when you use the
DocuSheetAI mobile application and related services.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to users of the DocuSheetAI app, including consumers,
businesses, and schools. It covers personal information, account information, uploaded
content, generated outputs, usage-related data, payment-related interactions, and support
communications processed through the service.
3. Eligibility
DocuSheetAI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. By using the service,
you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or that you are using the service under the
supervision of a parent, legal guardian, school, or authorized institution where required
by applicable law.
4. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, and password.
- Login and authentication information: email/password login details, Google sign-in details, account sessions, and authentication events.
- Uploaded content: images, PDFs, scanned files, and other files submitted for OCR, extraction, translation, or export features.
- Generated content: OCR text, extracted tables, translated text, exports, and related outputs.
- Technical and security data: IP address, crash logs, and related technical signals used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and security purposes.
- Subscription and billing-related status: plan type, subscription status, entitlement data, and usage limits connected to free, Pro, or Enterprise plans.
- Advertising-related data: ad interaction data and identifiers provided by advertising services such as Google AdMob, subject to their own data practices.
- Support communications: messages, questions, complaints, and attachments sent to support.
5. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect phone numbers as part of the current app setup.
- We do not collect profile photos as part of the current app setup.
- We do not request microphone access.
- We do not request location access.
- We do not request contact list access.
6. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you when you create an account, sign in, upload documents, contact support, or subscribe to a paid plan.
- Automatically through app operations such as crash logging, authentication, security monitoring, and service usage enforcement.
- From third-party providers such as Google sign-in, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Google Play billing, OCR APIs, translation APIs, and Expo services.
7. Why We Use Your Information
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To provide OCR, document scanning, table extraction, translation, and export features.
- To store files and outputs for premium users where cloud storage is part of the product experience.
- To apply usage limits based on free, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
- To manage subscriptions and entitlements.
- To show ads to free-tier users, where applicable.
- To detect fraud, misuse, suspicious traffic, excessive requests, and security threats.
- To maintain performance, resolve crashes, and improve app quality.
- To respond to support requests and privacy inquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
8. Premium and Free User Data Handling
- Free plan users: uploaded files are not stored long-term for cloud retention as part of the free plan.
- Premium users: uploaded files, OCR output, extracted tables, translated text, and exports may be retained in storage for as long as the user chooses to keep them.
- Temporary uploads: some uploaded files may be stored temporarily for processing even when not retained long-term.
9. File Storage and Retention
Files and related outputs are stored on our server or connected infrastructure according
to the product setup.
- Uploaded files may be stored temporarily to complete processing workflows.
- Premium user files and outputs may remain stored for as long as the user wants them retained.
- Users may delete their files and accounts.
- We may also remove data when it is no longer required for operations, security, legal compliance, or technical maintenance.
10. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and may delete files associated with their use
of the service.
When an account deletion request is completed, we may delete or anonymize relevant
personal data and user-stored content, except where retention is required for legal,
accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement reasons.

DocuSheetAI uses or plans to use services such as:

13. Advertising
DocuSheetAI uses Google AdMob to display advertisements,
particularly for free-plan users where applicable.
- Ad providers may collect or receive device and interaction data in accordance with their own policies.
- Ad-related processing may include ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and performance analysis.
- If required by law, consent or privacy choices may need to be collected before personalized advertising is shown.
14. Subscriptions and Payments
DocuSheetAI offers free, Pro, and Enterprise plans with different usage limits for uploads
and table extraction.
- Payments and subscription entitlements may be handled through Google Play and RevenueCat.
- We may receive subscription status, transaction metadata, and entitlement details needed to activate or manage your plan.
- We do not directly store your full payment card information unless your payment provider shares limited metadata required for account management.
15. Permissions Used by the App
DocuSheetAI may request the following permissions:
- Camera: to capture documents or scanned content.
- Photos / files: to upload, select, store, or export documents.
- Notifications: to send relevant app notices, updates, or reminders if implemented.
The app does not currently require microphone, location, or contacts permissions.
16. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect
information.
- Encryption in transit.
- Encryption at rest.
- Security monitoring and rate limiting.
- Access restrictions appropriate to the service architecture.
No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should understand that risk exists
with all online services.
17. International Data Transfers
If our infrastructure, processors, payment tools, analytics providers, ad providers, or
authentication services operate in more than one country, personal data may be processed
outside the user's home jurisdiction. Where applicable, we may rely on contractual,
technical, or organizational safeguards required by law.

If we become aware of a confirmed security incident affecting personal data, we may
investigate the incident, take mitigation steps, preserve logs and evidence where needed,

ad services, storage destinations, OCR services, translation providers, and file-sharing
destinations. Those third parties operate under their own privacy terms and practices.

24. Ad Disclosure
DocuSheetAI may show advertisements through Google AdMob. Free users may see ads as part
of the service experience. Paid plans may offer reduced advertising, ad-free access, or
other feature differences depending on the subscription structure.
